Bulk beef orders are priced based on a hanging carcass weight. The hanging weight is the weight of the carcass before it is processed into individual cuts. After cutting and wrapping, a carcass will yield approximately 60% of the total carcass weight in meat, depending on your specifications. Cost of cutting and wrapping is included. Bones and organ meat are available upon request.
- Weights range from 160 - 185 lbs.
- Yields 100 – 110 lbs of meat.
- Weights range from 325 – 375 lbs.
- Yields 195 – 225 lbs of meat.
- Weights range from 650 - 750 lbs.
- Yields 390 – 450 lbs of meat.
